I have been a Mamushka fan ever since. My experience with a store manager today in Melton is horrible. He doesn't know how to handle business related issue. The 5 voucher that entitles a customer is dishonored by this manager stating the voucher isn't his store promo. Really unbelievable. Even showing him the voucher from our phone for proof but he still refused to. I will escalate this issue to the consumers affair. By the way this person's name is MUKUL SINGH. Apparently saying that is his discretion because he's the store manager.
Cakes are always fresh and tasty. Staff are extremely helpful. Allow extra time as shop is quick moving but very busy. Cakes are well priced.

Absolute life savers. I ordered a gooey caramel cheesecake for my partners birthday yesterday. Ordered at 10:30 am, and was ready for pick up at 2:30pm, just as I asked. When I got there, the gentleman was very attentive to my needs, grabbed the cake from the back, and put it down to show me before I left. Would 100% go back, and would highly recommend for anyone who needs a cake last minute for a special occasion.
