Recently my partner and I purchased our first house through Jae Doyle. Buying into the market at a time with so many unknowns and restrictions, Jae and his team were more than accommodating and helpful from auction to settlement. Jae the sales manager worked hard to find a buyer for our investment property. Communication was smooth and he rings us after each inspection to provide updates so that we always had an accurate understanding of the current market. The house was sold at a fair price within 6 weeks of listing, a pretty decent outcome given the dynamic of seemly endless lockdown procedures here and there. Besides, their rental operator stella is quite a responsible person as well, she found us a stable and caring tenant couple who looked after the house over past 2 years. We are really grateful for that and express our sincere appreciation.
