I found receptionist welcoming and had my ultrasound done within 5 minutes after arriving.
I had a CT SCAN & dye injection today and I explained I was very nervous about the procedure upfront. I cannot thank you enough STEVE for your professionalism, carming and caring nature that got me through the procedure today. You definately put me at ease today STEVE and let me say not many medical staff have ever managed to do that. I really appreciated it thank you STEVE
I had a ultrasound with dr.Link ( maybe I incorrectly spelled).She seemed very disengaged,very very rude.. Wasn’t interested in what I had to say, and very quick.
Very rude and uninformative receptionist working at x ray department but doctors are good. Don’t know why management not giving heed to the service of receptionist Working at X ray department despite people are complaining and putting negative reviews since many months .
Very poor service. Had an appointment booked for my baby this afternoon. No triaging done over phone before booking appointment. A long queue before you enter for appointment and then they triage later on. That too only with one nurse. Complete wastage of our time. I am health professional and get tested every few days. Did not let me enter as I just had test today which is fair enough but could be convenient for a person if they triage on phone when booking for an appointment. Poor management of triaging system

The receptionist was so very rude. When she was telling someone that they couldn't use their referral she conveyed the information with sarcasm, a high level of attitude and a raised voice making everyone in the waiting room uncomfortable for this poor lady. She seems to be picking fights with customers? She then came out of the reception and yelled into the waiting room further at the lady saying "well you can't use it here soooo...." like a teenager fighting with her family! Then there was the guy who did the ultrasound - only took 5 minutes max. - who couldn't wait to get me out of there quickly enough and barked orders like he didn't have time. He was very short with me and again conveyed information about what he could and couldn't view as if he was ready for some kind of fight from the moment he called my name. Very intimidating place.
