Delighted (again!) with the thorough and professional service. My son vomited in his room, our room, the hall... and all over my work chair. Angelo came out the same day I rang and did an excellent job. He even steam-cleaned and deodorised my chair for no extra charge. So helpful. I highly recommend this great company. Thank you!

Angelo did the most amazing job, our tiles were in a filthy condition and he honestly made them look brand new. The picture says it all. He also didn't charge us any additional fees for the extra time he had to spend on the job. We couldn't be happier and Angelo was extremely helpful and such a gentleman! Very affordable, quick and convenient, will definitely be using his services again!

First of all I didn't use the service. My review is based on the communication with the company for a quotation. Called them on Saturday 11th Sep afternoon but no luck, so submitted an online form with contact details on their website with the benefit of doubt it was a weekend. Called on monday late morning to follow up, managed to get through to a lady and got a quote, I mentioned I was checking a few other options and to call them back if I decided to go ahead. Called them back within 5 mins but no answer, so left a voicemail with my name and number that I wanted to confirm one more thing before proceeding. It's now Thursday morning and I haven't heard anything and have found another provider. Update: Attached my call record for reference. I was only able to get through the call once (second call), not sure why the owner said had answered my questions twice. Third one was when I left the voice mail. The only question I had left was if you have work permit in order to work under stage 4 restrictions, which I forgot to ask in my only call. Anyway seems like inquiries are only allowed once I guess, and if you don't confirm the booking in your first call, then goodbye to you. Good Luck
My couch was left with white streaks and clean/dirty patches. You can see from the photos what happened! I messaged them photos to see what they would do to fix the matter. They did not reply. I then contacted them and requested twice for a refund and they did not reply. I arranged an urgent clean with one of their competitors a few days after the initial contact and they were easily able to clean my couch as per the clean photos also shown. My photos will tell you everything and are just a small sample of those in my possession.

Last minute booking and they fit me in as I'm a loyal customer now. Wouldn't use anyone else now as they are so quick and helpful and thorough. I get my carpets cleaned every 3 months and these guys do such a good job and are friendly to boot! :)
