AVOID! Incredibly unprofessional recruitment agency with zero respect for people and communication. Don't waste your time

Highly advise that you AVOID Wall St HR and not waste your time dealing with a company that lacks integrity.

This is actually my first ever google review. I am so disappointed by this companies lack of communication and mannerisms. I used to work for a company who used Wall St, and after I left that company I still kept receiving emails from them about a "goal reminder." I emailed back a few weeks ago if they could kindly stop sending me the emails, no response. Mind you it has been around 4-5 months since I left the company and was still receiving emails constantly throughout the week. About another week ago I decided to email again, at this point I was getting spammed with about 3 emails per day, still am. Won't even let you mark the emails as spam, or junk mail unfortunately, which makes it that much more annoying if you're someone like me who uses your emails constantly. I tried calling this Tuesday past 07/01/20 at 1:57pm, and the lady/girl I spoke to had no manners and was so rude. Was simply asking her to resolve the manner and the attitude I got was "it's not my problem" and "I don't deal with that stuff." The issue still isn't even fixed, and I am not the only employee that they are doing this too. I have friend who has also emailed them to stop and got nothing back from them as well. Would not even bother. If they can't even resolve a minor issue like this.

Applying for jobs can be scary and daunting but dealing with Wall Street was nothing but positive for me. Ashley Mason was friendly, honest and very supportive through out the whole application and interviewing process, I definitely felt like she believed in me for the role and she was always happy for me to reach out with questions or updates on the process. I would be more than happy to go through the process again with Ashley as she made it so easy and stress free!

Wall Street were fantastic during the whole process, from the first point of contact, to the interview & eventually to being selected for my applied role. The staff were really professional & were willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions. Very happy.

I had two interviews there for a company that's managed under the same group of brands. While I didn't have an awful experience, no one who worked in the entire building looked happy (and most of the companies they recruit for are in the building). I didn't get a notification saying I didn't get the job (even a simple email) which is really just common courtesy after two interviews. Bullet Dodged.
