Was upset about how one of the psychologists treated me unprofessionally - she was being condescending and had no empathy. She didn’t believe what I said and instead asserted herself over me. I felt hurt after the session and decided to send her an email which she refused to reply. I then sent an email to the reception and they refused to reply as well. Communication has never been so hard. Do not recommend at all.

I was called by the clinic for a 200 fee for an appointment I never attended... 9 months after the fact.. Which apparently I booked inside the minimum cancellation period of 48 hours. Why, that's precisely the kind of attitude one looks for from mental health practitioners one trusts with one's cares. Well done guys!
