Great service and I can see that they are continually making improvements on the quality of their service for the users. As I do not have much knowledge on commercial phone systems, Ashley has helped us above and beyond in providing advice on how things should work, and how things can be done efficiently.

After months of voice quality issues with MyNetFone we were advised it was an ADSL issue, which made sense, however it was time to look for a provider that could take care of both the VOIP and ADSL. Fortunately I discovered URL Networks. Ashley had our phones reconfigured within a day and solved the quality issues instantly, at a more competitive price and with an enhanced feature set on the PABX (e.g. voice recording). He had the systems running in parallel off existing infrastructure until our main numbers ported. The interface is intuitive and we had one of our offshore team up and running with a softphone / dedicated number within the day. In short exceptional product, service and price point.
