Needed options to repair or replace an older GasFlo ducted heating unit. Within 4 minutes of arriving Adam literally had the unit motor pulled out, identified the issue (bearings and mounts), and a plan to get it fixed (quickly). Unit was returned to working order two days later at very reasonable cost. Contrast to two other outfits who inspected the job, actively advised unit was effectively not repairable discouraged my exploring further, and set about providing quotes to have unit replaced. Highly recommend Adam and his team - In fact I dont know why you would go to anyone else.

Extremely impressed with this company, from initial enquiry and reasonable pricing, to service by James, an outstanding young man who went “above and beyond” when servicing our 2 Brivis Buffalo units. Yay! Thank you Adam for fixing my gas ducted heater! It's a very old Vulcan model and I was worried that I might have to change the unit. I was so relieved when Adam is able to fix the problem by changing the circuit board. I'll highly recommend Adam. He is very responsive, know his trade and fair pricing. Our ducted heater broke and we were quoted 3000 for a new unit because "they don't make that part any more". We rang The Heater Repairman, and organised a repair with a replacement part in just three business days. Adam arrived one minute earlier than the promised time and had us all fixed in less than half an hour, for just over 400. Very happy with the quality, value and professionalism and now we have a warm house again!
