Well it’s come to my realization that Telstra don’t want my business or want to keep my business. This would be a 1 Star company review in my book. Not sure why or what excuse this company can muster up for how poor your customer care is. I’m still waiting on a call back since Friday... Several text messages but not return call as yet and it’s now Tuesday. I had no end of trouble with moving my business phones one month ago. I currently have my home internet and 3 family members mobiles with Optus and was thinking of changing them over to Telstra Strongly reconsider everyone Lead no. L27xxxxxx

Telstra was happy to reap the rewards by allowing third-party billing by dodgy service providers for years. Telstra stopped the practice that was not complying with industry guidelines at the end of 2017 but customers who got scammed received no reprieve for the the changes they occurred. Now its mid 2019 and Telstra has been caught out charging customers for content they did not agree to buy. Self regulation is not working for this greedy telco. Telstra is getting one Starr from me

What has happened to Telstra? Customer service now might as well be non existent. If we had a communications communications ombudsman that actually did their job, this company would be up to it's neck in fines. Sadly, we don't.
