I went in for a cut, asked for 3 inches off around just under armpit area, very light layers at the front and the rest one length all around. What did I get? An extra inch off, choppy layers at the front AND all around. Sophy thinned my hair out without asking as well. It looked OK after it was blow dried but it is definitely not the style I asked for nor wanted. Now I need to wait 3 months to grow it out and definitely won't be back. Shampoo was OK but no head massage. Basically get in and get out. Sophy should not be allowed to cut hair.

Every time I’ve been they’ve been 5-10 minutes late which I’ve accepted, this time however, I waited for 25 minutes before leaving. Been going for 1.5 years but time to find a new hairdresser I think even though the haircuts are decent
I did my hair cut with Jay. The hair cut itself is ok, but I suggest she can be more gentle to the customer. She was making me painful while washing and cutting my hair :( If you are looking for a quick hair cut, maybe that’s your choice.
Had a haircut with Julie. She asked every step of the way what I wanted and Im very satisfied with the result. Will be booking with her in the future.
I've tried this salon for the second time as my usual go to place was closed for boxing day. I did expect to wait a bit as I didn't make any appointment in advance. Surprisingly, however, Dana greeted me and the next minute she was cutting my hair. She was very friendly, attentive, and kept a great positive vibe the whole time despite a lack of staff they had. She was also able to follow through my rather vague instructions and I was happy with the end result. Highly recommended.
