I parked there for casual parking today. It turned out there were two pay stations and the big one was totally out of use. However, the owner did not put any notice on that machine. Many thanks for the guy who happened to pass by and offered me help about how to use the machine. Plus, many parking spots were reserved and took a while for me to find a good place to park.

Couldn't exit and got stuck in this car park for 20 minutes! I paid for the ticket but the gate wouldn't open. The intercom was useless and nobody was responding! I had to call the phone support which I was placed on hold and wasted 20 minutes of my time. When my call was finally answered they can see from their system that I had already paid and they just opened the gate for me and was finally able to get out. This could have been resolved quickly if someone actually responded on the intercom! This seems to be a common issue based on the previous reviews with issues about the intercom one way or another!
I think it will be the bad experience for me at the beginning,cuz I can’t use my debit card to pay the ticket and cash can’t too.However I called the service number,and the guy is sooooooooooo nice and patiently to teach me how to do.I really really really really appreciate.
I use it for work. Convenient for me. I don’t pay - luckily
It a car park, what you expect. a valet? book online and save yourself the hassle. Its really straight forward and only 15 for all day parking.

80 to park for 3 hours. If you want customers in the CBD then stop robbing them before they even get to a shop. I'll do all of my shopping online from now on. No wonder Jeff Bezos is so rich and retailers are complaining. AVOID THIS PARKING RIPOFF!!!!
Early bird special NOT! Booked there in advance and was hit with a 59 early exit fee? If you leave earlier, therefore leaving a space for another vehicle for the company to make money from, don't penalise people for leaving earlier. Especially where the Latrobe St car park is located near the Magistrates Court. Will never go there again and will warn others.
