Horrible experience with the parking lot. Was stuck there for half an hour as there's no clear indication that there's no eftpos for paying for the parking ticket. The customer service was asking for my debit card's SECURITY CODE over the phone (which is the riskiest security breach in my opinion) and there is absolutely no other way to pay for the parking if you come in without early online booking.. absolutely horrible.

The most stupid parking system in southern homisphere! I even cannot comprehend how this business survives! Guys you are making a lot of money why don't you update your automated parking system, if you cannot, at least hire a person to manage it manually!

Handy CBD carpark but if you have a code the icon buttons can be a little "sticky", had to wait over 5 minutes for the car in front to get their code to work.

Entered at 0635 (first time user) gate opened automatically- I didn’t touch anything- when I left at 1430 was charged 82!!!

The spaces themselves are normal size but may require a bit of readjustment as the ramp up is thin. There's not many parks on each level so you'll probably have to go up a few floors to get a spot.

So easy when you book online. Not too big so getting to the stairs or lift is easy & you don't have to worry about forgetting where you parked. Great location too
