Very few number of car park, the car parks are very narrow. If you have other choices should not use this one.

Very expensive parking. Went to donate blood not realising all the other car parks were closed and all the street parking taken up by construction workers. No where near the entrance listed prices at all (only early bird specials) otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. For just under an hour and a half, cost me 49! Beware people

The worse car park bar none in Melbourne ... unhelpful staff, tight spots and disrespectful management. Was staying on a deal with a hotel which the staff did not honour when changed ownership over the week. Go down the road cheaper and better spots.

This office has provided me with the WORST customer service, I have ever experienced. Firstly, after submitting multiple enquiries regarding monthly parking, I called through to the office 4-5 times over the space of a week before finally someone answered and told me 'emily was sick and no one else can help you' As someone who is wishing to pay your organisation 500.00 a month I find it shocking that no one could assist. After following up for days, I finally called again and reached Emily who said she was ' sick and busy and had not been able to get back to me' Eventually she emailed me the documents, and I submitted my application for parking. On the 31.08.2019 I went to the secure park Melbourne office to pick up my pass telling me it was all ready to go and activated. As i arrived at the car park it was NOT activated and I was stuck at the gate for 35 mins with cars behind me, during this period I called the office 6 times with no answer. After finally getting a hold of Darcy his response was "oh yeah must not be activated, but I cant help with that" ( no apologies let me get this fixed for you ) he assured me it would be resolved before I left the car park that evening, and if it wasn't he gave me another direct line to call. When I left the car park that evening, the pass was still NOT activated, and the contact number he gave me NO ONE answered. Again, I am stuck in the car park for 15 mins with a pile of cars behind me. I have never written a poor review to a company before, but the service was despicable and as a business owner myself, I would in no way appreciate having staff with such a lack of care or respect when it comes to customer service. This was by far, the worst customer service within a business I have ever experienced.
