My company has had an office with this Regus centre since November 2013. In all of our dealings with Regus, and especially their office staff, they have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. Their staff are warm, friendly and above all professional. Issues are dealt with promptly and just as importantly with a smile. I am greeted each morning and bid goodbye each evening - it is small touches like that that make the Regus experience all the more special......Thank you to Catriona, Katherine and now Ashley!!!

We have had an office of various scales at 303 Collins for over ten years now, and this is the great benefit of the Regus arrangement – the ability to flexibly scale the space, facilities and service offering to the needs of the business as required by the business cycle, geographic focus and fluctuating staffing needs. From the very start, we have had a brilliant relationship with the staff of Regus who constantly ‘bend over backwards’ to understand and meet our every need. The front desk, led by the very capable Catriona, is a great window for every business and is a joy to work with. The word ‘service’ is often just a clique in the multiple choices of 'serviced' office offerings in Melbourne, but after a decade of experience, we can recommend 303 Collins St as the location that truly delivers what the word means.
