If I could give no star, I would. I purchased a medi-pak from them yesterday. Today, went to use it and discovered it has a leak. Called them up to arrange for a replacement and was told to contact the manufacturer!! I won't be a returning customer, and I'll make sure others know to purchase their items from the other pharmacies, not this one. Unprofessional.

I went to get my documents certified as copies but they had no idea. They even said I should get them certified by a “someone who knows you” instead, which is just wrong. The Bourke St pharmacy was much more helpful.

The cashier was rude, but the pharmacist was super helpful. There was construction sound on the back so its hard to shop peacefully

The male pharmacist at this pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and customer service is not a priority for him. I had my prescription filled here and when the staff asked for payment, I noticed the tablets they supplied me were not the ones prescribed by the doctor. I questioned this with the staff member and the pharmacist overheard our conversation. In a loud voice, in front of other customers, he said the tablets he gave me were the generic brand of what the doctor had initially prescribed. I said that I did not want the generic brand and would prefer the actually brand the doctor prescribed. He said they don’t make the tablets that my doctor prescribed anymore and that the generic brand is exactly the same. I told him that he should have told me prior to filling my prescription and given me the option of the generic brand. He responded that he was the pharmacist and knows best. I didn’t want to the tablets anymore but he stated that it was already processed through the system and that I owed him money, so begrudgingly I paid for the generic tablets. Afterwards, I rang 5 different pharmacies and they all stated that my prescribed tablets were in stock and they are still being manufactured. Since that incident, I refuse to step foot in that pharmacy. And my work colleagues have had similar problems and they too, do not shop here anymore. There are much nicer pharmacies located in the city, who are helpful and customer focused. This pharmacist should be ashamed of his behaviour and the way he conducted himself.

Ron, Thien and co are such lovely and friendly people to deal with. Ron never tires and always has a great attitude and always makes sure I know what's going on with my meds. Ron has even helped me when my internet is down to find directions to places, which really is going above his call of duty. I really like this pharmacy for pharmocatherapy( Suboxone dispensary). He treats us well. Also have been observing and keeping up with social distancing rules. Very good.

This is "discount chemist" in that they haven't even bother to rebrand their pink priceline boxes and priceline shopping baskets. I hope this saving from reusing priceline items means cheaper prices, lol. Rating 3 stars as run down feeling, staff were polite though and found the item I went in for.

Previously quite pleased with their medical services until today when I spent 5minutes trying to rephrase the same question to the receptionist and being answered with other statements. Tried not to be rude but seriously. Very poor communication/listening skills. Don't try to discuss with receptionist! Nod and smile.

ALERT re Flu Vac for all over 65's. Contrary to givernment funded policy, this owner pharmacist insists on charging all over 65's 19.95 for the flu vaccine, stating (17/5/2019) that only pension card/health card holders could have free vaccine) Disgracefull. Totally false information. People trust pharmacist to give appropriate advice not based on profit margin. If you have a health condition, asthma etc; and if you're over 65, please go to your GP and get the flu vac free. Having had flu 2 weeks ago I wouldnt wish it on anyone.
