Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. I was in the process of looking for a trilogy ring of 2crt tdw, but unfortunately before I had been able to get a foot in the door a lady that was the only person there slammed the front door on me and my son. I was just handing him my dog lead when she came out and shoo off. Because of this lady's rudeness the store miss out on a grand sale of which I have now purchased and it is being made by a diamond dealer. You should NEVER judge people for how they look. Customer service is just that and without customers you don't have a business.

BUYER BEWARE. I thought I was dealing with an honest company. I bought a ring and when I got it I noticed it had a crack down the centre. I contacted Paris for months but could not take the ring in due to the shop being closed. I couriered it to my own expense and was told the ring being brand new must have been dropped. I am reporting this company and will never deal with them again. PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE.

I first bought a ring from Ixtlan in Byron Bay 15 years ago. Then my partner surprised me with my engagement ring from ixtlan Melbourne because he knows how much I love the pieces and quality. I then had Paris make my Wedding ring and was absolutely floored by how gorgeous it is and it’s exactly what I wanted. I’ve never been a diamond girl, so my moonstone engagement ring and turquoise wedding ring were perfect for me. I can not recommend this store any higher. Thank you Paris
Lovely jewellery and very helpful attentive staff. No pressure to buy. Some beautiful stone pieces. Great buys to be had now at Gertrude street store due to end of lease sale. Sorry to see them go.
Paris helped me select and put together a selection of gorgeous pieces - all individual, interesting and beautiful. I was not rushed over several visits and the jewellery is surprisingly reasonable when compared to mainstream franchise jewellery stores. Highly recommended.
