I first visited One Fine Secret in store where I was really impressed by the help, support and guidance I received to choose suitable and good quality skin care products for my face. The advice I received during this visit proved to be well researched by an incredibly knowledgable team. I later made an online order and I was again highly impressed by the outstanding service that I received. A parcel containing a beautifully packed order arrived, presented like the most thoughtful gift and including a hand-written, personalised note from the owner, Kayla. Kayla and the team at One Fine Secret are true professionals who have incredible passion for their product, their business and their customers. Based upon the direct service I've received both in store and online, I highly recommend this business for good quality skin care.

If you love a beautiful environment with excellent service to actually learn about and try out different clean beauty and skin care products this is a one stop shop. The owners are very knowledgable, helpful and their product range is excellent. They have testers and samples so it's very much about finding the right product for you and making sure you're informed and comfortable. The shop itself is a gorgeous space too. It's a little tucked away gem in the heart of the city.

What a lovely boutique store. Went there to purchase One Seed Solitude Organic Cologne - 30ml (pictured) and had a wonderful buying experience. I highly recommend this place as a must visit for ethical, vegan, organic and Australian products. The owners are welcoming and Kayla educated me on the ethical beauty industry in Australia. I will return.

I can't speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Kayla. I called the store to ask for help in choosing some products and Kayla went out of her way to assist me and help me with selecting products that were suitable. She processed all this for me while I was on the phone so I didn't have to go back on line. I received my package within two days and was very happy to see that the packaging was environmentally friendly. Most of all I appreciated her hand written card, it's so nice when a business puts a personal touch on a transaction that didn't take place in person. Oh, and thank you for the samples that you included. Looking forward to shopping with you again.
