I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience I had today was genuinely a very positive one that is above and beyond my expectations which I really want to share. Coleman was the sales representative who served me today, he was pleasant to deal with, and went the extra mile to make the customer feel special with his support and services. If you are interested in an Omega timepiece in Melbourne, would definitely recommend asking for Coleman at the Melbourne boutique store.

A great place with some amazing watches, thanks to Sandy for showing me some new models and helping me order a strap for my Speedmaster, very knowledgeable and made the experience great!.

Issues: Terrible post-purchase customer service, and unresolved watch issues. Employee: Sandy Wong, Sales Associate. The worst Omega store I have ever visited, and an embarrassment to the brand. I had came in-store to discuss a few issues I've noticed with my time piece, and the sheer ineptitude of Sandy was brand damaging. Not only was she rude, and had clear communication issues, but she also did not understand watches. Despite her argumentative attempt at convincing me my watch was 'fine,' I insisted to have my watch sent off to a service. It 'arrived' back the a couple days later, and much earlier than the few weeks estimated. My assumption is that it was never serviced, or (more likely)--because of the Sandy's communication issues--the issue wasn't understood or looked in to (As it was a winding issue, the watch has to have no power for the issues to surface...) I shouldn't have to convince a sales rep that a watch under warranty needs a service, and why would I waste an hour out of my day, forfeiting my watch, for a problem that didn't exist? It takes a truly terrible experience to compel me to leave a negative review, but I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

I don't normallt write Google reviews but this time I must for the amazing service I got from the young man Thomas Sullivan. You can never experience a better service than Omega Melbourne Boutique located at 179 Collins Street. I been there a few times, and every time the experience is more than pleasant, they make you feel very comfortable at the store and willing to help you for any enquiries you have, regardless of it is related to a sale in the store. The amazing gentle Thomas even sent me a follow up email to let me know a particular model that I was looking for, which was not available at Omega Melbourne. I think this is the type of person a brand should hire, to make a customer genuinely want to spend money with the brand! Lots of business to come !
