We had our account terminated by Office Earth simply because they decided in their infinite wisdom, without notice of any kind, that they don’t handle adult services. Nothing in their policies, procedures or any other written medium nor on their website, indicated that they didn’t handle adult services – mind you, we hadn’t even told them we were an adult service company! After challenging them about their decision, I was informed that ‘we can do whatever we want’. Nice and particularly unprofessional given that all they had to do was say ‘all our team members are engaged. May I take your name and number for a return call’ without even mentioning the company name at all. I then asked my EA to investigate further and after her being on hold for a considerable amount of time, was told by Kimberley at Office Earth that she couldn’t answer that question and there was no-one available at the time who could. Seriously??? Why have front line staff if they can’t answer a simple question like that? Surely they should be up-to-date on company policy. There have been other reports of people engaging the services of this company and when the call was answered, they didn’t even answer with the right business name! Discriminating – YES! Bad business practice – YES! Will I deal with this company again – DEFINITELY NOT – and neither should you!!!

This is the first google review I have ever provided. I could not speak lower of the services this 'company' provided for our businesses over 18 months. Their one promised service was to answer incoming calls which was never delivered and as a result we had new business prospects waiting 90 minutes, before hanging up. After raising several concerns to management, we never received a single response and no issues were resolved. Unsure if they are even still operating but they are certainly still deducting monthly premiums. Terrible company and would NOT recommend.

This company isn't Australian. They will automatically charge your credit card for phone calls that are non existent. When asked for proof of the phone calls, they ignore you. Please stay away.

I have never been so appalled at a company in my life. I HAVe been contacted multiple times on my own private line because people have triied to call through to my business line only to hit my voice mail.. When I contacted customer support I was told that it wasn't their fault that I had a dodgy business number (a dodgy business number!!?) absolutely pathetic service and will not be recommending this to anyone trying to run a business the right way!
