Like the first days of sunshine at the start of spring, these guys lighten up my life. Mark and the gang know how to make a customer feel special. They’re competent, quick (but not too quick), and always have a smile on. Don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. If I could give 6 stars I would. Certified baddest b****** in town.

Went to ask for loan advice but the branch showed little interest in my goals or circumstances. Easily out-competed by nearby institutions. Look elsewhere.

Pathetic customer sercice.I had been to this branch twice to get some details about my loan. I was sent back on Thursday and I was told that somebody would call me which never happened. On Friday I visited the branch again. I met a person and he didn't provide me all the details and I felt he was bit rude..He said , he will email me the details..Which didn't happen as well...I seriously doubt if Nab cares for their customers...

Lack of staff... was 3rd on the line and waited 30 minutes to clear 2 customers in front of me. 2 staff on and talk 30 minutes for each to attend 1 customer each..!! Pathetic service. Need to have more staff during working hours.

Very good service. Branch manager saw a queue and came out to assist all of us one by one. I hope Nab can keep up this excellent services in all of its branches.

Most disgusting experience I have had. They illegally and without my permission locked an account when I transferred to another bank. They refused to assist on the phone and they locked my app. Demanding I have to go to them. Wasting hours of my time despite it being their incompetence

Just run .... run in the opposite direction. Staff not knowledgeable, not helpful. Can't help to open a simple account or assist with an application started online. Get sent back into the phone line -- there's 5 different lines apparently for opening a credit card, all with 30 minute wait times regardless of time of day or day of week. Absolutely no regard for customer service their time or their needs. Go to another bank.... seriously.... any other bank.
