The hub is a public place owned by City of Melbourne and operated by AMES. Hub aims to promote diversity, and cultural integration of people from different social, national, linguistic and national backgrounds. MCH is located at a strategic location, it is situated opposite to Queen Victoria Market. It is on corner of intersection of Victoria Street and Elizabeth streets.
