Went into the shop for the Christmas shopping. I had a really pleased visit to the store on this afternoon. I was served by an asian girl (tall, wearing spec, and with a pony tail hair). She is so warm and helpful. She showed, explained to me all the products patiently, recommended many idea for me and wrapped up my gift meticulously. Went over and beyond to cover my needs. Thank you so much. Excellent service. Definitely come back.

Was here on Friday evening, unprofessional staff and poor customer service .. the staff give a funny look and laughing at you when you didn't know how to use their hand sanitizer dispenser that was displayed (I thought it was sensor). The staff was impatient and not helpful, I was looking for XMAS gifts for my family in this store but It just ruined my mood and decided to go for different brand with proper service.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Faye from the Melbourne Central store. I went in over the weekend needing to do some desperate, last minute Christmas shopping and she was so helpful. Very professional and friendly and had many helpful suggestions. I left with a few gifts ticked off. Thank you!
Over priced and you can get the same results from drug store cremes and shampoos. When I first moved to Oz my skin and hair dried out, so I purchased several hundred dollars worth of their products to combat the dryness. I used what I purchased then went to a local drug store for cremes that worked the same or in some cases way better than the stuff you can buy at L'Occitane. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is why I didn't rate them one star.
