I purchased a black back cross over top from Kookai online, the website clearly states the top length goes to the hip. The model also displays the top reaching her jeans line.. The top came as a crop top length ends just under the breast line.. Which is useless to me as I don't want to expose my stomach to the public. The company has offered a return which will take a week, but I am to pay postage for a second time to collect my return.. Out of pocket due to misleading information from KOOKAI.. Be careful ladies with any purchases as KOOKAI are not taking responsibility for there misleading information.. Very poor customer service. I see a reply from a person saying she is the owner and leaving a phone number to speak further, if you are interested please feel free to look at my order and what the description states and also you should be able to view the emails between myself and the company that should satisfy any concerns you have I have a photo of the top I received if you wish to contact me.

Been given a small used cracked bag and a bad face all time during check out.
I have been to this Kookai store multiple times and I have NEVER ever been greeted by the staff before. Each time I decide to give them another chance but I don't know why. The staff look at me with upturned noses. I literally walk around to find something I like and walk straight out as I never feel comfortable. The Emporium store is a look more friendlier!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in Melbourne. No greetings nor asking if I need help, just judgement glances and short unwelcoming responses. This is not my first time in the store and not the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience. Do not recommend going to this store seeing as the welcoming, Emporium store is a short walk away.
Had such good service here on Thursday - all the girls in the store were so friendly and super helpful with great advice! So happy with my outfit Thank you :)
What a nicely laid out store. Christina went above and beyond to find the leather jacket I was after on sale at another store and she did not give up. Very rare to get this kind of service nowadays. So highly appreciated though
The store girls were not engaging to the point of being unpolite. And that was not jost one-off experience. They should find some more switched on people who care about costumers, rather than about their owm expressions in a mirror.
Today was my first time shopping at Kookai, and I love their products, I'll definitely be spending a lot of money here in the future! And Allison was an absolute sweetheart, very friendly and helpful
