We used these lawyers in a child protection matter. Most of the contact was done via email, but we did speak once or twice over the phone at key points in the case. Point is, we got the child back and it most likely would not have happened without the services of Nickita and his team. I would recommend these lawyers

I went to this firm with an extremely complicated case that had been mishandled and was pretty much beyond any hope of achieving a meaningful relationship with my children. Nikita not only took on my case on legal aid he helped achieve the best and I mean best possible outcome for my matter. If you want a firm that actually understands the complex and not always just ways of the family court,I can not recommend this firm enough! Firstly, I must thank Nickita for the work he had done. My case had come to him through VLA. He prepared my case, did go through the paperwork I prepared and cross - examined in a very different angle. He got the result I wanted. He was very good at understanding what the other side were to do and guided the magistrate in seeing that. At the end of the case, I collected all the paper work and saw the amount of work he had done in preparing my case even though it was through VLA. All the best.

I have requested Nickita and Charlotte to represent me through VLA , I have difficult case involving my little daughter . Bought protected on IVO agains mum .I am going most difficult time in my Life . I choice them checking the feedback from fathers like me who fight for best interest of their children . I Need to say that I am very disappointed how Nickita was handle the case and communication with me . Very unprofessional . I was forced by his ignorance to take away case back to VLA , and find another Law firm. I only choice Him because I believed what some people wrote about Nickita and Charlotte some time ago .
