Very slow processes!

Was told that I was booked in at 1:30pm. Only to know that I wasn’t booked in but my info is in the system when I arrive at the center. Stay on phone for another hour repeat step1 requesting my info again and was told that they’ll call me back with a new booking info. Receive no callback after that. Avoid this place at all cost, it’s not worth wasting your time.

Made an issue out of nothing because I wear glasses, added to the medical report something not legible about my eyesight. 1 month later I can not go forward with anything because of errors on the medical report, since when did 6/6 corrected vision become blind?
