Judy from ibuild was amazing! Being a first home buyer/builder She provided me with everything I needed to know about building, she even went out of her way to help me with something Else I was stuck with. Highly recommend! 5 stars

I was referred to a builder by ibuildnew.com. During home construction I had issues with the builder.Marty(Head of marketing of ibuildnew.com) gave a wonderful response and due to his timely intervention builder is happy to resolve miscommunications.

I liked the sound of 1 website that you can give your specifications to and they do the leg work and get quotes for you. In reality, i belive the companies that were requested to contact me did not want to, as i assume they would have to pay this company commission. The only company that contacted me had very bad reviews telling of dodgy workmanship and materials. I had 2 follow up calls from what sounded like a call centre, both times I said no builder has contacted me and still nothing happened. I ended up calling 2 of the builders myself that the salesperson of my initial call told me would be good options, neither built on existing blocks of land For me, it was a waste of time.
