This is an absolute favourite over the years! Haigh's have kept their quality, taste and value to a high standard. Yet you don't see the over the top pricing of some other upmarket/international brands. The store is well laid out with a fabulous selection and the staff are wonderfully pleasant and professional. Highly recommended for all chocolate lovers

The best chocolate ever and no better time of year to splurge. There is just something about Haighs chocolate that makes it irresistible and wanting more. Yes it is a little expensive yet compared to what? Nothing comes close. The service team at the Collins st store are friendly and generous with the samples.
I found this to store (opposite the Rialto) to be the least enjoyable experience I have had at a Haigh's shop. I found it to be more formal, less inviting and the lone staff member, the least helpful. His advice and suggestions were poor and his knowledge dubious. I will be returning to Haigh's but it will be their main or signature store in the Block Arcade. Great staff and great atmosphere.
