We ordered a Matrix IC7 bike for approximately 2000 incl shipping and THREE WEEKS LATER we received an IC5 bike. We have contacted Steve, The sales person to return this one and get the bike we ordered and he rejects to send us the bike we paid for or make a refund instead. We use it only one time and IT IS BROKEN. We've emailed them multiple times and tried calling, without answer or reply. If you don't refund our money and take your rubbish equipment from our house we will escalate to Department Fairtrading.

An earlier comment in this strain referred to a dispute between Gym Equipment Direct and the Owners Corporation of 1 Queens Avenue, Hawthorn. This comment was anonymous and therefor does not represent the Owners Corporation. As current chairperson of the Owners Corporation, I (Hans Schroer) would like to state that Gym Equipment Direct have delivered the equipment, and that the dispute was professionally solved in December 2019. I am sure there will be an ongoing and positive relationship between Gym Equipment and the Owners Corporation.
Really impressed with the quality of your functional training gear. I am pretty fussy with product design and quality (happy to pay a premium for gear as long as I get what I pay for and it lasts!) so appreciate some of the product enhancements on your products. Good to see someone is thinking outside the box and developing great products without charging like a wounded bull for them.
Thanks for your efforts and good advice guys. I am rapt with my home gym set up. The Masterkraft pieces I purchased are better than expected to- I must admit I was a little bit concerned with how good the quality would be at the price but in hindsight I had nothing at all to worry about. Will be in touch as soon as I need any more gear.

Firstly the 45 degree hyperextension is a very solid unit. It is definitely good enough to be put in a commercial gym. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I have already used it a number of times and am very pleased with it. Secondly, I want to thank you for your excellent service and follow though.
