I needed to get my IUD swapped out and was really nervous as the one I had inserted years ago at a different health centre was really painful and traumatic. Liane inserted my new IUD for me and made me feel so comfortable and safe throughout the entire procedure. A nurse by the name of Liane was so kind. She chatted to me the entire time to keep me distracted and after it was finished came to check in on me. I have never received such a level of patience and care. The staff here are wonderful and covid safety measures are great. Thank you for making this so easy for me. I appreciate your care and support.

Rude receptionist who provided a terrible service. I called to make an appointment, but the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE. I told him that there is no need to refer to people like that. I didn’t schedule my appointment, I will never go to this clinic and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff were really friendly despite the clinic being busy. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and approachable making me feel comfortable. They ensured I was well looked after and made my appointment really easy so thank you!

Honestly, I didn't feel welcome or looked after. Making an appointment for something I have never done before, and when I made the appointment, I asked if there was anything I needed to know to be prepared for the appointment, and they didn't really give much help. I felt judged and uncomfortable.
