This company was eager to sign me up but took 4 months to process invoices. Was resolved after NDIA intervention. This company or staff were never available to take phone calls and reception gave the reason they were in meetings. They double paid invoices and would not refund the money to my plan. They could not give me budget updates and were not able to reinburse my for out of pocket expenses. A total joke. I gave a formal complaint to NDIS. I believe they do not deserve the NDIA accreditation. Switched to My Plan Manager and it’s excellent. They’ve got an app people to talk to and all claims are issued with a reference number. Do your self a favour and don’t use Enabled4life they’ll disable you more
