Relatively straightforward booking via web and phone. Quote was reasonable. Cleaner arrived on time, seemed like a very nice guy, explained what he was doing and did a great job. Everything looks much better and we're pretty happy.

Very nice man, ok job. I didn’t notice any visible change to the carpets although they are in good condition and this was a hygiene clean. I had a stain and he said he couldn’t get it out, but I didn’t actually see him treat it any differently. So that was a little surprising on reflection. Not sure if I’d use again.
Very disappointed in the service provided and outcome and do not recommend. The carpets did not look any different to what they looked before they were cleaned noting no stains or dirty marks were removed. Contacted the office to advise if they should had looked any different and was told they should had and that they would send a senior technician out in a couple days to review and give them another once over with stronger chemical. On the Friday, the same guy who cleaned them returned (no senior technician) who refused to go over the carpets and would only go over the stain/dirty marks to which there was still no improvement. Re contacted the office whilst workman was in the apartment to soon be advised he would only be doing the certain spot areas and we would have to pay an additional cost to have the whole carpets re done – no thank you!! The attitude of the guy on the phone was appalling and all he could say was “we took photos”. Not once did they ask permission to take photos inside our apartment nor did I witness the guy who was in our apartment take any photos and I was with him the entire time. I imagine the so called photos are of other carpets and this is their trick to con people. As we were not pleased with the service, I made contact to another company who came out to review that same day. They advised that they could remove the stains and refresh the carpets to which they did, all stains removed and carpets look great – very impressed. In saying that, they used the same machine and hot water to which this company didn’t. Also unsure on what chemicals were used if they were the same or different.. In future, I will no longer be basing my choices on the reviews as I did with this service to which left me very disappointed and out of pocket!!

My experience with Drymaster Carpet Cleaning was great , easy to book online, the service was friendly and on time! And the result was great! My sofa looks brand new!
