Had my ring resized at Diamond Story and cannot compliment or credit them enough. From initial contact it was friendly; helpful; and I was made to feel entirely at ease. They even had it rushed through for me at no extra cost so I would have it for their Easter closure. It needed sized down 2 sizes and you wouldn’t even know it has been done. The ring came back better than I dropped it off! And they even gifted me a gorgeous little pink velvet box as I had to have someone collect it for me. Total professionals and Aaron is a credit to the business - one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommended!

We were recommended to check out diamond story when searching for my fiances wedding band. We'd already been to a number of jewellers and everyone gave us the same story "we can match the engagement band, we'd have to send it away to get you an exact cost". At our appointment with Paul, be measured the band and diamond's on the spot and gave us our cost up front. After agreeing to go ahead, we dropped off the engagement ring. Less than 2 weeks later we had our wedding band ready to pick up and it was exactly what we asked for. Paul had great customer service and we were really happy dealing with him.
