Staff was friendly and always there to show the way. Plenty of sanitising stations. Service is fast and efficient..

My family and I are Australian citizens with dual nationality. In April we were prevented from leaving the country to attend the bedside of a dying relative. We lost our air fares and a subsequent set of airfares for a planned flight have yet to be reimbursed. To our great distress our relative has died but we wanted to attend a memorial ceremony and lodged a further request to the Department to travel. We are prepared to pay for our own quarantine and abide by whatever strictures the Department requires. But we are unable to get any response from the Department which appears to be just sitting on requests by Australian citizens to travel. I have never seen such complete contempt for the rights of Australian citizens

Call center team doesn't have enough knowledge to help people over the phone.

pretty rude call center staff - also extremely unhelpful. when i asked for clarification of something that is not made clear on the website, staff just read the script back to me slower. not helpful. also incredibly slack and slow at processing incredibly important forms.

I have had only positive and informative support from every representative of DHA since first contacting them. Swift turnaround of a Movements Record and also a visa for my mum. I'm stoked. Once you make peace with all the steps and forms to complete to get the ball rolling then all's good.

Do not come here. I saw a family being separated because One of the immigration officers was having a bad day, they arrested the man and left the child in the lobby crying. AVOID
