It's not possible to phone them as the phone numbers don't work. I managed to phone the warehouse after googling numbers, and they gave me a mobile that no one answered, so I left a text. No one replied. I emailed the store. No one replied. Looks like I have to go for a long drive to the high street on Chapel to see why my order is 4 weeks late.

Bought two bedside table which was customised which I am very satisfied with. You'll be able to find very exotic designs here and highly recommended if you want something unique and customised. Customer service here is also very good and they are willing to listen to any special needs you want.
The staff at Daqua are very knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell. They give expert advise on the pieces of furniture or items that will suit your home without any sale pressure. I have bought quite a lot of items at Daqua and I really enjoy using them and showing them off to my friends and colleagues.
Absolute sham...I was promised a product in jan, received in March and was wrong colour. There was no communication, I had to chase incessantly; furthermore the store manger Asian fellow Daniel provided bespoke products with beer budget service! I know bespoke; this store is cheap junk operating as something they’re not! Daniel would not refund my deposit and asked me to leave his store then chased me down the stairs and apologised because he was concerned about me leaving a bad review. As you can see what they promised and the last photo is what I received...does that look like green glass to you? AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I went in to purchase a Christmas gift for my parents as it’s one of my mums fave shops to go to. Daniel was just amazing! Honestly the service, courteous manner was beyond anything. I would highly recommend visiting Daniel for that exceptional customer experience:

This place is by far one of the best for homeware and furnishings. And easily the most unique for decoratives & bespoke items. The team have always had a real eye for detail and only source the most striking pieces. They’ve constantly made sure to cater for each space to make it stand out and create an unmatched presence. Visited Daqua on Chapel St looking to purchase a candle that matches one of my interiors and also ended up with some very lovely accessories for the home . Great staff and would highly recommend this store. Keep up the great work team!
