The service was very professional and at a high standard. Everything from getting a quote, choosing the type of carpet and to getting the carpet installed was performed very professionally. I would highly recommend their services. David the carpet installer is very professional and knows his craft very well. He works efficient and clean and delivers a high quality of work. The carpet installed looks immaculate, it was stretched according to manufacture specifications and feels awesome. Price is competitive and getting the booking done was very easy too.

WOW! What an amazing professional job that was completed today. We required patch's repaired on our carpet and I honestly did not think this was possible to do. I took a chance with Carpet Concepts and wow did it pay off, so happy you wouldn't even know there has been repair work completed. Just to put a cherry on the top the price for the repairs was extremely reasonable. I thought we would by for a few hundred however we were well looked after, we are that happy we have asked to Steve to come back to do all the steam cleaning, says it all I think!!! Thank you Steve GREAT JOB!!
Steven has done a superb job of cleaning my recliner couches and rug. They were quite marked and have come up looking brand new. I will be having Steven clean them each year from now on as they are used constantly in the family room area. Thankyou Steven much appreciated. Pauline
The carpet in my house was in need of re stretching and cleaning. When I first contacted Steve requesting a quote, the reply was quick and professional. I had my quote in short order and the price to re stretch and clean was reasonable. On the day of the job David arrived and immediately got to work repairing and re stretching. He explained what was being done and what a difference it would make. He was right. At the end of the job the carpet looked amazing. As soon as David had finished, Steve arrived and cleaned the carpets professionally and efficiently. The guys did an amazing job reinvigorating the carpets. It was a big job but it was done in less than a day and well worth the money. Highly recommended.
I've contacted heaps of different carpet repair places, but this is the one! Carpet Concepts had someone answer the phone and was able to get an appointment straight away. Manny came to the house and was really friendly and helpful. He was able to explain the damage and how he would repair it, definitely showed that he knew the job! Carpet was repaired within a great time and happy with the result. Will definitely contact again for future jobs :)
Steven and David’s service can not be beat. They both went above and beyond with their service and quality of work. Both were respectful, polite and punctual. They made our carpet look as if it were brand new, even though it’s 15 years old. I swear the carpet never looked so good. I would HIGHLY recommended them to anyone. Called up a few places prior for some carper re-stretching, one was not skilled enough to do it, second didn't service the area, third was booked out for the next 4 months. Called up Concept Carpers in the morning and these guys showed up in the afternoon and completed the work same day. David did an excellent job re-stretching 3 bedrooms, study and hallway. Price was reasonable in my opinion, you get quality work and great customer service. Thanks again
