Very poor comminication doesn’t tell you what they email and refuse to deal with you if you get angry about the communication, slow and unprofessional
Used these guys twice. First time was average, but I put that down to a difficult debtor. Second time round CDRS were particularly unhelpful and actually harmed my chances of recovery. Wish I would have gone elsewhere.
