I took in my very old, sentimentality valuable watch to see if the clasp could be repaired. They managed to do it, and changed my battery, all for 35. So special to be able to wear it again.

Very happy with the service I received from these guys. They were able to get my watch going, where two other places had failed. Very straight forward and honest advise too, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend.
Rosa , the woman has 35 years of experience in Handling watches , repairing them and preserving them . She has a fine eye in checking the Authenticity and gives the time pieces their due credit . Visited this business for 1 time and Rosa gave a very good service - above all what won me over was her Honesty - A difficult trait to find and even harder to practise . AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I went into this shop after calling to see if they had a specific strap for my watch as my dog had chewed mine. I was told to go in and browse the straps they had available. After finding one I liked I asked to buy it there and then but the lady told me to bring my watch back in to have her fit it. I agreed and planned on returning for her to do this. She then called me accusing me of stealing two watch straps!! She called 5 times and screamed at me down the phone. I told her as a local business owner I would not jeopardise my reputation by stealing two small watch straps. I told her to call the police if she thinks I stole them and that I’ll be happy to talk to them. I wish I read reviews earlier as it doesn’t look like this is the first tome this type of thing has happened.
Very helpful lady. Was able to help immediately with a repair of my Citizen watch at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend their services.

Quick turn around on repairs Great service
After being told to send my watch in for repair, I was called and told the watch had been received and the band would take 3 months to have another replaced. After following up 3 months later, I was informed by the lady, that she never received the watch. She said without the tracking number, she couldn’t do anything. Even after I explained she called me to say she received it, and I didn’t need the tracking number after this she still said she wouldn’t do anything. I’m now without my good, expensive Citizen watch. Would not recommend, safer to go directly through Citizen.
