Trust that everything is going well for Chin Communication. We are just back from China where we visited my wife’s Ancestral village and home and participated in a Ch'ing Ming ceremony to honour her ancestors. Originally, we had no idea who my wife's grandfather was as he left Australia in 1948 before she was born. It has been a long journey to track her family in China with lots of research in Australian records at National Archives. During this research we used various translations by Chin Communications to assist. Then, combined with assistance from the Chinese Museum, the Chinese Australian Family Historians of Victoria (CAFHOV) and a researcher on the ground in China we were able to discover the actual village. It was a remarkable and memorable experience !!! Thank you Chin Communications for your help along the way.

Dairy Australia successfully launched its WeChat official account in mid June with the excellent work and assistance from the Chin team. The services from the Chin team have ranged from going through the registration process, designing and editing the weekly posts, translating post contents in the formats of text, infographics and videos, providing the background support and account management to putting together a monthly report on the account operation, post uptakes and reviews. In less than two months, our account has attracted over 1,500 followers, with thousands of views of the weekly posts. It has been a great pleasure working with the Chin team, like what we have experienced with the translation and interpretation services during the past 15 years.
