Great food... Love the atmosphere. No muss no fuss. But the customer service was top notch enjoyed our server. PS love the absolute anachronism of having a vegan vending machine right beside the diner. Always love choice but it was definitely funny when I noticed.
Yum yum yum!!! So glad I stopped in here. Service was great, food was even better. Favourite bit was the extra bread to mop up the plate with, they even toasted it for me Daily specials every day, will have to stay a week in Melbourne next time to try them all
Unpretentious bug tasty food. The aged beef skewer special was well cooked, tasty and tender. Good Greek salad and chicken buttermilk burger
These guys don’t muck around. Good food, no frills. Try the specials - in particular the steaks and skewers are always good
The bacon cheese burger is, to this day, my favourite burger in Melbourne. Would I say it's the best burger in Melbourne? No, I would never make a statement that absolute. But rest assured, I am a passionate burger lover and this burger is my favourite. Juicy beef, crispy bacon, the bun is soft and lightly toasted and not too sweet, and the pickle, oh that glorious pickle. *insert homer mouth watering sound*. Need I say more? Not to mention they're open 24 hours. You're welcome
Absolute gem. Must visit. Went for a quick after work beer and couldn't help myself from ordering some of the dry age bar snacks they have on the menu. (Wasn't even hungry but couldn't resist) ordered the octopus and dry aged Chinese sausage. (Amazing) Amazing knowledgeable and Friendly staff, love this place will be coming back again and again and hopefully try everything on the menu. Super impressed. Highly recommended. ️
Unpretentious and great value! Butchers diner offers relatively simple comfort food done really really well.. wash it down with a half bottle of vino or a beer.. excellent service and is open late, what's not to like?!
