Got a text from these guys and thought it was a scam, contacted paypal and they told me it was legit. I had an accidental debt through paypal and was very easy to pay.

Received a missed call from this place & automatically suspected PayPal who are blaming my bank my bank have told me its the merchant which I have been telling PayPal its on their end but it keeps falling on deaf ears & their not willing to investigate as I've never had any problems like I have in the last few months as I dont make purchases if I know I dont have the funds to do so & my accounts will show the funds were there for said purchases. I will not have my credit rating tarnished because of PayPal incompetence so ARL go back to PayPal & tell them to fix their system.
SCAMMERS They keep calling and texting saying I owe money, I don't owe any money! When you call to find out more information they say they can't talk to you until you identify yourself by giving them all your personal details. It screams scam and identify theft
SCAM!!! Taken complaint from fraudsters who hacked my bank account! Had wrong email address for me on their details! Can't trust them if they also delivering malware through their texts! My paypal account has no activity in last 3 years they and they are calling me to say I owe paypal money. Report them if you hear from them!
Ive got 20% discount on my debt if I payed it right on the phone. I had no idea I had a debt but that was my mistake not following up on my paypal accounts payments. I had a good easy experience with them.
Now if they took people complaints seriously? I still haven't received any response from their complaints section of no communication between ARL Collection and PayPal Australia. Of them saying I have to pay a disputed amount through ARL Collection and PayPal Australia saying I am not to contact ARL Collection and for me to contact PayPal in-house Collection department. Why do companies ask for your personal details, they rang you they would have your personal details in front of staff? And talking about staff if they want my personal details I would want the details of the staff who is ringing me, sending me emails and text messages as I got was e-mails and text messages with no names which is poor business practices and unprofessional.
