Incredibly rude & obnoxious staff. Cannot believe how we were treated / ignored on Sunday by the 2 employees who didn’t even acknowledge us. I expect more from such a quality brand ! Will certainly stick to buying online with free returns.
We had a brilliant experience in store on Sunday 6/12/20. We were served by Joel who had amazing brand and product knowledge and in general just a great guy. A five out of five star experience.
Amazing shopping service in-store, was served by Amanda who had a great understanding of their product range, did well in breaking down the technicalities of their different pieces of clothing and the detailing behind each garment. Appreciated the honesty and guidance, will definitely be back!
Would like to thank Max from archeryx for helping me pick out a perfect fit. And understand the layering of jackets. The product it’s self is the best puffer jacket I have ever worn. most jackets you have terrible range of motion in arms but this jacket is an essential. Well worth the money. Go buy one find out what your missing out on.
It’s so exciting to see that Arc’teryx store opens in Melbourne! My husband and I are big fans of the brand. I visited the store today to try on few items, which I’ve always wanted to get. The two boys were very knowledgeable, friendly. However, there was a lady, sitting on a ladder, enjoy her coffee and browsing on her mobile the whole time. That was below standard for sure. I work in HR and would be shocked to see this in any business.
Great to finally have an Arc store in Melbourne!! I've been looking for a replacement jacket for a while now but never found a place where I could try on the Alpha SV... Cheers guys!! I'll be coming back soon for a mid layer :) David
An avid teryxer of 10 years. Glad this made it to Melbourne with the mixed weather here. Amazing place and super friendly staff, Max helped me select a variety of items for a winter trip. The quality of product and attention to detail on the product is top notch with a vast array of winter options.
