This store needs to be merchanised! You have items everywhere!!! If you are to put items on a top shelf where customers cannot reach, the very least you could do, is be polite (not such a moody, arrogant piece of work) an help. I was also able to stand on a bottom shelf an reach for the item from the top shelf but I'm sure that breaches WH&S procedures as the whole bloody bay could very well fall!!! Employ someone that appreciates the job not one that is going to push away your customers!! We will not be back!!! Would rather use woolworths next door!

This review comes after a few trips and consistently unfortunate service. - Poor shop quality and stock. - Shamed and embarrassed a child for a spill. - Arrogant and distant "service" Plenty of generic craft items very little traditional media products. - Employees taking personal calls mid service. Plenty of choice regarding incense and pagan practice items Very disappointed, definitely has room for improvement.
Cheap items!! Helpful staff with very good customer service.
Closed 30 minuets before it says they do. They need to change that.
