We celebrated NYE 2019 on board with the all Inclusive package and what a great night it was! Lovely staff, everyone was really friendly and down to earth. No shortage of drinks (unlimited beers, wine and spirits) and also the food was great (Fresh sushi, roast meats, prawns etc) I’ve had a look at the 1 star reviews and I’d have to disagree with everything negative that has been said. As for the boats, it’s very clear in the picture that this is a well maintained and beautifully restored heritage style ferry, not a 60ft luxury super yacht. The boat is very well kept and there was no shortage of space to move around. I saw some chartered boats on the Harbour which looked like floating shoe boxes. I’ve experienced a lot of cruises and this one ticked all the boxes. Thank you to all the crew and bar staff. Cheers

Nice atmosphere for celebrating NYE with family. Staff are friendly and warm, food is yummy. Highly recommended for event celebrations.
We did the NYE cruise and were very disappointed with our experience. They ran out of food for the main course so we did not get anything to eat and it was not just us that missed out because there were others also that did not get to eat. The location to view the fireworks at midnight was not great with part of the harbour bridge behind a hill and trees and no view of the opera house. We were quite a distance out from the bridge. While we waited for the midnight fireworks the boat was way out in the harbour so we did not feel like we were part of the festivities going on closer in with the boats that had all the lights and music onshore. Overall not worth the money. We were on the Proclaim and I would not recommend it at all.
Wow! What a Day. We hired Rosman Cruises for a wedding transfer from Man-O-War Steps to Chowder Bay. To be honest we expected a straight trip from wharf to wharf. Nope! These guys did a lap of the harbour, under the bridge then out to Chowder Bay. The crew were amazing. Due to the sun coming out most people went up stairs to take in the view. The guys at Rosman came up to serve drinks for us, had a laugh and really made the day even better. Bronte back at base was really easy to deal with. She's a really nice person. When e-mailing her she would reply promptly and with all the info I needed. I can't speak highly enough of the Staff at Rosman Cruises. Their boat was clean, well presented and we had a blast. It is definitely one of the highlights every one has been talking about regarding our wedding. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

BRILLIANT!! - We seriously can't believe how great this company is. From the moment we called to enquire about a ferry for our daughters party, we were treated so well. Nothing was too much trouble Diana was amazing. On the day, we arrived with bags and bags of party food and drinks and the staff (especially Diana) actually helped us set up - I'm certain that isn't part of their job description - we were so grateful. The Captain of the ferry (John I think) was amazing and his right hand man Matt was equally fantastic, helpful and friendly. A wonderful night. If you are thinking about booking a Rosman Ferry, don't hesitate, this was perfection from start to finish. Thanks Rosman!!
Booked a cruise for Vivid. They had overbooked the cruise and we were squashed in like sardines. The crew were rude and slow, the boat was well over capacity, with the staff happily selling more tickets while clearly over. Boat arrived at 9:15, departed at 9:30 and waw back before 10:25. It was supposed to be a 90 minute cruise. The boat didn't look like it had had a paint job since the 80's and I've literally seen those tables in scout halls. Worst cruise I've ever been on. Will never make the mistake to use Rosman Cruises ever again.
