Worst service you could possibly get. They forgot to order a part for my lap top and took 3 weeks with the apology I received I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. Took laptop back for another issue - same deal no communication no return phone call to tell me an update and then to find out after another week had past they forgot to order the part AGAIN. I cannot even give them half a star I would never go there again! and would not suggest anyone go there

Don’t leave your technology with this company!! I have left numerous voice messages over the week as well as a Facebook message just to try to get my sons xbox back! I was told when I dropped it in.. over three weeks ago that I would receive a call to tell me what was wrong. Instead, I had to call in to see it sitting on their front counter. When I spoke the technician he said he had put in Thermo paste?? and it would be 100! They told me they would call me before doing anything!! This is after over a week of trying to communicate with them!! I told them I was not going to pay it and I would come back to pick it up once it was put back together. Low and behold on picking it up and returning it home, we now have no working on and off switch. It has been snapped off on purpose! The owner assured me he would get me a replacement. A week later, after more attempts at communicating, I still have no resolution....
Really helpful staff. Fair pricing. Would definitely use them again for any other computer fixes.
Worst service ever. Paid a deposit on 1st August for a new screen. Was told it would arrive late August or the first couple of weeks in September. Contacted them mid September and was told that they ordered a heap of screens but mine just happened to not come with the order, it was ordered but didn't arrive. Said they had put a 'rush' order on it and would arrive that Friday or the following Monday (this was a Tuesday or Wednesday). Didn't hear back from there. Emailed, nothing. Texted asking for an update, nothing. Called, left a message, nothing. Texted them 8th October asking for an update and if they were unable to undertake the service to refund the deposit I paid. No response again. Called on the Monday 14th October as I had still not received the professionalism of a response and left a message advising that I wanted a response and a refund of the deposit I had paid. STILL NOTHING. Now I have to waste my time and go to the CTTT to get back money they have fraudulently taken from me.
