For several years now, I've been looking forward to my monthly massage at Massage for Health. Emma has a knack for taking one look at you, and knowing exactly what is out of kilter. I always come away delighted at how well my particular aches and pains have been treated. Highly recommended.
Definitely five stars from me for Emma and all the therapists who have looked after me over many years when I've had different injuries. Antonio, the latest, is brilliant! My neck and shoulders get tense - too much desk work - and I had a dodgy knee I just thought was arthritis. His treatment plus exercises I do at home ironed out my neck, and I am SO much more flexible after only two visits. Plus, my knee was misaligned and he fixed that! It's lovely to have a young body back! Everyone here is very professional and skilled and it's a lovely atmosphere of peace and healing. I'd give five and a half stars if I could!
Having a myriad of back, neck, hip and leg issues - stemming from car accidents and a nasty sport injury - I've always been very careful about who I allow to massage or do any type of work on me. I've always found the therapists at massage for health highly effective, friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with any types of niggling or serious body ache issues that stop you from enjoying your life! Emma is highly skilled at identifying issues and assisting in resolving them - including sending you home with exercises and stretches you can do to help keep your body well. She helped me when I injured my back and needed surgery - and I'm doing so well now because of the massages I get from her and the team. And an added bonus...unlike other practices, parking is easy to find making it really convenient.

Remedial massage is fabulous - I'd previously tried physio and osteo for niggling neck and shoulder issues, but they really didn't help much. Alex at Massage for Health has made a huge difference, and it's definitely improved my quality of life.
