Lost my laptop on the plane from Melbourne to Sydney. And I had to come back from the train I already took half way. Even it's already 8pm, which the google said virgin Australia is closed after 6pm, Natalie from the baggage service desk had still organised find me the laptop with the crew and delivered it to me, all within 15 minutes. Thanks Virgin Australia. Saved my day.

Flight was good but luggage was thrown around and was a Total mess, they obviously threw the bags around and my contents had leaked inside now I have to get it cleaned due to this and it was a brand new Samsonite bag. Not happy with the people who handle the luggage.
Scamming passengers with low promo prices and over the top bag prices. Today I flew Virgin Air for the first and last time. I purchased the low price promo flight from Aukland to Sidney. When I arrived at the airport I found out that the weight limit for carry on luggage is 7 kilos. No other airline has such a low weight limit. Then I found out they charge 130 NZ dollars per bag to check your “overweight” bag. Congratulations Virgin, you got me.
