Very very poor customer service. Complaints take weeks with no resolution. Mistakes by couriers are not investigated. I have been with Interparcel for almost 2 years and after each event I was hoping things would get better but unfortunately they don't. Michelle, who seems to be a manager, provides the poorest of all customer "services". She seems to push back wherever she can and is not the slightest help. It almost seems as if she has no interest in her position and gives long explanations why processes take ages. On the other hand I actually managed to get a hold of the local couriers manager and at some stage sorted things with the couriers themselves rather than through the provider Interparcel. That way I at least get answers and solutions. Interparcel seems to have contacted their clients to vote for them and their "great" customer service. I cant believe they would do that and I will follow that link but I will share my experience and for sure not vote for them.

Best international courier I have ever used. I recently used the service to bring in a package with expensive performance car parts. The package arrived perfectly intact, not a single mark on the box, in only 3 days from Nevada to Sydney!!! It was tracked accurately the entire way, insured, no interference from customs, and the cheapest service I could find. Will now be using them for all international deliveries. Just be sure to be accurate with your dimensions/weight.

We use interparcel a-lot, they are an on seller for other courier companies , this allows us to view the best price available. We have had issues in the past but that has usually been on the courier side of things. Inter parcel have always been great at resolving our issues. I would recommend transit insurance to anyone thinking of using this service with any of the courier companies listed, for a few extra it’s worth it.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a problem with a delivery measurement and it was fixed within a couple of phone calls. Each person I spoke with knew of the previous call (systems communicate really well) and information. Problem solved and they provided extra help with correcting that order. Thank you so much. My interstate customer is really happy and so am I.

Sold an item online to someone in Sydney and courier can’t even make the times it’s booked for.. got it rebooked once again still did not rock up.. third time lucky maybe today.. Waited 20minutes on hold to be told sorry they can not get out there with the second miss delivery.. Would never personally use this company for delivering anything. Terrible miscommunication between anyone when you ring and constantly put on hold for them to find out what is happening. Not happy!

BE AWARE!!! sturdy item damaged in transit of only 80km away! Covered with fragile stickers! Told on the phone their service isn't recommended for fragile items and that fragile stickers are completely pointless. Item was not even very fragile. The look of the box on arrival shows it is very clear that it has been handled terribly! No refund or even compensation given! Will not use this service again.

As a customer, a purchase was picked up and brought to 20 mins of my delivery location within a day, where it has sat for 2 days so far (likely another 2 days wait from what I have been told by Interparcel). I asked if I could pick it up instead and was told that they would need 24-48 hours notice to achieve that... I don't even know what to say about that. I make and sell instruments and regularly use couriers. I've tried a number of them to ensure I get the best value and quality for my customers. I haven't used Interparcel yet and won't subject my customers to an experience like my own.
