I bought a apple computer from here the display model had microsoft office on it and the sales person told me it was preinstalled when we came back from our holiday and opened it office wasn't on it so I contacted them and they said they put it on the display model to show you how it works , they never had any signage saying it wasn't preinstalled, be careful I think this is false advertising and it's a JB hifi franchise
