I have been buying parts from these folks for about 18 years from their current and original location. They actually know their business and take pride in helping the public. You don't get better. Prices are always less than you expect. Their advice is given freely and is always on the ball. I would call out 'Lee' down the back as the rock star. He is amazing. But I am know the other folks are great too. Support them, they are genuine. Thank you. Steve

I was never fussed which auto parts store I went to, as I just assumed that surly attitudes and lack of staff was to be expected from any retail experience. After one visit to Auto One Mascot, I will never go anywhere else. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and really helpful. This is obviously a store culture as each time I have returned, I have dealt with a different person, but the positive attitude and genuine helpfulness is the same. Thank you so much for restoring my faith that positive retail experiences can still exist.

This shop sell hugely overpriced stuff, upto 200% more then what you can get in Bunnings or Cheap Auto. Dont come here if you dont want to loose all your money. Shop around. For example, tools are cheaper at Bunnings, Electronics are cheaper at Repco and so on. For example, they sell multimeter for 50, whereas same thing cost 10 at JayCar electronics. Nebo 3200lm torch cost more then 200, whereas Bunnings sell it for 129. This is insane! List goes on indefinetelly. This is a new shop, so they skyrocket their prices to cover the cost of openning the shop. Avoid this shop.
