I use these guys every week as travel up to Brisbane for work. Such convenience and service is amazing.. Great value for money and offer both indoor and outdoor parking. Definitely recommend them!

I called for pickup, was told it would be a 15mins wait. We waited for 35 mins. Got to the car park and was told my car is blocked in by another car and they can't find the keys to the car that blocked us in. The manager was around - spoke to him who was no help, rude and arrogant and had the audacity to say "what do you want me to do about it!"W.T.F!! Still waiting for our csr and it's well over an hour. We finally got the car, only to find a scratch on the car. In short I asked to exchange details so I can lodge a claim but "Joe" the manager there initially refused to give me any details, other than just Joe and the phone number. He refused to give me his surname. I called the police to assist but given it's a civil matter (the accident occured inside the car park) they can't force arrogant Joe to provide his surname. Joe advised the police they will review the footages and if they are deemed at fault they will have their insurance fix the damage... watch this space When I asked for details to lodge with my insurance, he provided "Joe Bloggs". This in itself is a clear portrait of the type of person that "Joe" is and the dodginess and shady character. I have added a photo of the post it note he wrote his 'so called' name. I won't be surprised if "Joe" will deny any responsibility, and claim the scratch was my fault. But think about it, if it is my afult, why not provide details so i can claim with insurance, and let the insurance deal with it and hand over CCTV footages? "Joe's" shady character will in the end be the true testament to what really happened. Karma will catch up.... karma always catches up! I just lodge the claim with my insurance for them to deal with people like Joe. If anyone out there parked their car from 04/05 to 05/05 that have a scratch on it, lets swap damage notes to see if the two marries up. NEVER EVER, EVER use Air Travel Parking, EVER!
Second time I’ve used this car park now and can’t fault them. The complimentary bus took us to and from the airport straight away and the driver helped us with our luggage. Booked again for January( hopefully get to go with COVID appearing again)! Definitely recommend them to anyone. Just remember it’s not right on the airport so you need to make sure u have enough time to get to the airport.
SHADY SHADY SHADY! Don't use this business. Guy asked for 90 dollars in cash and then wanted us to leave car with the car keys as a standard procedure. ABSOLUTELY NOT. If there is any positive review they gave them to yourselves. Save yourself some big trouble and head elsewhere.
Don’t know what Eliana is going on about. First time I used this company since COVID and I am so happy with their service. Most smaller airport car parks I have been to, take the keys as their normal procedure. Happy to pay cash, at the end of the day I had my confirmation and receipt and wasn’t worried at all about the safety of my car. They have full cctv on the property and all locked up at night. Nothing dodgy about them all and would recommend them highly. Can’t wait to use them again
The most affordable airport parking in Sydney. Always found staff to be pleasant. I think all the bad reviews on here are from people who think that the world revolves around them, and that they are the only ones that require an airport shuttle service. If you aren’t happy to wait for a communal bus then don’t be tight, and pay the extra money and park closer to the airport. Highly recommend this place, they always the car ready and it it’s hot they have the windows down so it’s not hot in the car upon arrival. We have used them numerous times in the past and will continue to do so, in the future.
Would not recommend. They told us it would be a 30 minute wait for the shuttle. My partner asked to use the toilet and they told us it was out of order. We ended up catching an uber instead of using their shuttle service. When we arrived back in Sydney, they gave us terrible instructions on where to wait. Had to walk quite far to where they pick us up. When we finally found the spot, we see the car drive away. Had to wait another 20 minutes.
Cheap price and value for money. Parked my car for me so less hassle for me. Would definitely recommend this company. Bus took a bit longer to pick us up on returning but through no fault of their own being peak hour!
